Interpersonal Communication between Teachers and Students through Science Practicum Activities in Increasing the Learning Motivation of Public High School Students in Depok City during the COVID-19 Pandemic

The Depok City Government is an area that decided to implement teaching and learning activities with online system break the chain of covid-19 spread. During Covid-19 pandemic, we use innovative media, especially science subjects, increase student motivation while studying at home. Science practicum are one media can help students' understanding, for this reason, creativity teachers needed continue carry out simple purpose study find analyze interpersonal communication between students through in increasing state high school during pandemic. research method used descriptive qualitative, using Paradigm Constructivism, theory Theory S-O-R (Stimulus-Organism-Response) Symbolic Interactionism. Data collection carried documentation, interviews, observation, triangulation. results showed was very good, thus Researchers hope be developed again better by developing theories other methods related communication.
